Decent interview. Short and a few basic computer troubleshooting questions. If I am familiar with software etc. if you are comfortable talking to clients and reaching out to Apple support things of that nature.

My availability and if I am willing to work weekends
Standard interview questions. They ask if you have tech knowledge but it is a plus and not required. Overall the job is more customer oriented than technical but they are more than willing to teach.
it was a very interesting interview, we talked about hitting sales goals and other things. the interview went very smoothly and i ended up getting the job which was nice
