They took a while to get back to my initial job application, but when I was selected for my first phone screen everything after that was very smooth and quick.
Mostly behavioral questions. Big on company culture and what sets you apart from other candidates and WHY Best Buy. 2 Rounds, first round Phone call then final round Video call with Panelists.

Mostly it is behavioral followed by standard interview-type questions. Follow up with some more technical questions and then wrap up interview with any questions comments or concern for the interviewer
