Firstly telephonic interview taken by HR and asked to come on Monday for face to fave interview. I was interviewed for about half an hour and then given a reply that we will call you back without giving any feedback or reasons for deselection.It’s been a week no call received. I don’t even know the reason for why I was not selected, whether I answered something wrong or what was the reason for deselection, no feedback given for further improvement.
