HR round includes the basic questions about your current profile. Why you want to switch, what was your achievements in the last few years. Why you want to join Airtel ?
ZBM Rounds Interview was all about distribution handling questions. Like, Starting with distributor - convince him to invest in stock, make product visible at market level, ensure to convey launch and product features to category handlers in the markets, make them understand that why our product is far better than what the competition is offering.

There were total 3 rounds. The whole process took around a month and half. The interviews were not difficult to crack,they asked general work experience related questions. The interview process was smooth.
