First stage was really great. Spoke with who was going to be my team. Really good team, and gelled really well. Second stage the interview was with the Hiring Managers team... the guy was late, then he just decided to turn his camera off, He looked sleepy and hungover, slouching in his chair for the short time I saw him.
Then as you would expect from such a well-known and respectful Company, a feedback email, but all you get is you were not successful. You ask for some additional feedback to understand where it went wrong!! NOTHING!!
Appalling experience with talent acquisition team. Crystal and Lauren, they just ignore your emails. They communicate the bear minimum if you are successful in the interview, but if you are not, all you get is NOTHING!!

Entrevista
Consisted of 4 calls - HR Interview, Hiring manager interview, wider team interview, and cross dept manager interview.
Mostly background and experience questions with some questions on work style and culture fit mixed in.
The industry is interesting and most of the team seemed nice. However the compensation is below industry standard and there was no room to negotiate at all.
What left a bad impression towards the end was how the offer was handled. The initial offer discussed wasn't the one presented in the letter. The RSU value became lower on the offer letter and when asked about it - they took a take it or leave it approach.
I also felt rushed on their end to accept and sign an offer with no clarification on the variable component until I asked for a call to clarify.
When asked to negotiate the amount of RSUs to close the comp gap slightly to my other opportunities or at the very least change it to what was initially communicated - they refused.
Was told by the hiring manager that they had other candidates they wanted make offers to so if I wasn't interested - they didn't want to miss out on getting an offer to someone else. Way to welcome someone new to the team. Honestly it was one of the most bizarre and hostile offer conversations I've ever had and left a really bad impression.
