I spoke with a recruiter, and the process initially seemed straightforward. However, it became clear that the organization lacked clarity on what they were looking for, including the exact OTE range for the role. Despite my follow-ups, I never heard back from the recruiter, which is disappointing—especially considering they were the ones who reached out to me. A lack of communication and follow-through reflects poorly on the candidate experience.

Process consisted of 6 calls and 1 presentation of their software over 9 weeks. At the end of the process they called my references and then informed me they were going in another direction, offering zero feedback. Felt very unprofessional.
