Two Hirevue questions to confirm motivation for BlackRock after a CV application.
Followed by two 30 minute interviews. Both interviewers worked in the division I applied to, not HR, but were provided a script and asked similar questions.

All questions at interview focussed on BlackRock's 5 Principles, HR clearly wanted to focus on whether candidates were a good fit for the company.
Prep anecdotes that demonstrate the principles (collaboration, innovation etc.) as well as doing due diligence regarding products/growth areas for the company. Much less of a technical/market awareness focus in questions

Pretty simple, just the basic fit and motivation questions, like why blackrock, why the division, team situations - conflict, good times, data to solve problem, and commercial awareness questions asking whats going on in the markets and a piece of news you found interesting.

2 stages of interviews after hirevue stage. Round 1 interview was mainly behavioural asking questions like what would you do if you have a conflicting deadline etc. 2nd round interview was more technical and tested commercial awareness

Entrevista
3 x 30 min interviews on Zoom, all one on one, the first one was very situational, tell me about a time etc. The second one was similar but using specifically my CV. And then the last was an associate talking about his job, and wanted me to stop him and ask him any questions on anything he found interesting, and then I told him about myself and he asked questions about that (like follow up ones).
