I was very excited about this opportunity, but it was long and drought out. I had 6 lengthy interviews in total...a bit much given the lowball offered salary. The staff seems cool, but a very ameatue company that is still getting it together. You can tell that this company is new to the game and not ready for true talent that has experience and can add value. The interview process took 2 months and after being offered the position, i started negotiation as any knowledgeable interviewee would and they responded and said that they were not able to meet the requested salary nor had the budget for the position any longer. With that said, it is a blessing that this opportunity was missed because it would've been a horrendous experience working for NOTHING...especially in LA.

Interview process was the best I've ever experienced. I had an initial call with the HR manager, and then was moved to the second round with the two managers of the department I would have been working in. Afterwards there is an in-office interview where you get to meet the managers, answer a few more questions, and also get a tour of the office. I got the job and was ecstatic for it/still kinda am lol. However, I unfortunately had to turn them down because my roommate situation ended up going haywire. I wish I could work for them - my recommendations to others is that they apply. Great team of people and also great mission.
