First it was resume shortlisting... Then it was 1-1 face to face interview... Then last round was hr interview... Hr were very young and highly inexperienced. They even didn't know how to talk with our tap members. They can't even say who all got selected in our college and promised that they will take 15 and took only 6 guys.

Asked a quick case followed by a discussion on my workex along with some more questions. There were some follow up questions from my side which they answered promptly and the interview ended
