You first have to do a written assignment , then you interview with two people from leadership who both ask you a series of questions. The whole interview took about an hour

The interview process was very interactive and helpful. I’ve never done an interview quite like what square offered. I was nervous at first but literally everyone was so nice and helpful. I’m very excited.
