Entrevista
There were two behavioral interviews over Skype. Each interview was back to back. The first interview was general behavioral questions. The second was more focused on questions related to retail. I found out I received the offer about three weeks after my interview.
I was contacted by a recruiter. I had an interview with HR and then a final interview with a head buyer. Both interviews were behavioral. The process took about a month and a half.
