It was split into several sections, including reviewing your resume, culture fit (tell me a time....), and questions regarding your experience in job-specific technical fields. The panel included the hiring manager and a couple of engineers. There was only 1 round and it lasted about 50 minutes. I suspect it was easier because it was for a contract position.
