Phone screen by HR which was followed by a rep for the hiring manager and a short phone conversation. Next a written paper and a 1-hour presentation followed by 3 hours of 1x1 interviews. This process was 4.5 hours. I declined the process because of time constraints and the time required to prepare.

Four month interview process when it was expedited for our long final interview ghosted for one month after final interview horrible communication skills throughout very little information given to candidates. The interview process was very well structured otherwise a lot of technical questions and behavioral questions probably on the high end of difficulty, great company, but terrible recruiting team ending up with a different offer
