The interview consisted of only a few questions, and the recruiter arrived 15 minutes late. Despite the delay, the conversation was brief and direct, focusing primarily on my previous work experiences and skills relevant to the job position.

Applied online. HR representative scheduled an interview and did not show up. Emailed afterwards apologizing and asking to reschedule. After long delay on his end, we rescheduled. He did not show up to that interview either. We rescheduled again and he did not show up to that one either, so I withdrew my application. Not a good look.
