I liked the fact the interview was in a private room with management, Amaris Balkus interviewed me and she was so nice and welcoming, she has been with Blue Water Spa for 11 years which speaks volumes to how they treat their staff

Horrible- I arrived on time to my interview and was asked to fill out a sheet that had a bunch of questions on it. I filled it out in 10 minutes and then sat for another 35 min until the manager finally came out to interview me. She took me in a room and spoke to me for 5-10 minutes. She asked me what I was looking for and then began to explain that there is no room for growth. Making me truly feel like I completely wasted an hour of my life and that my time was completely unimportant to them.
