Very organized and great follow-up. The first round involved a chat with the HR to see if you would be a good fit. The next round was a take home assessment and the communication was prompt with great turn around time. The third round involved talking with the team followed by a chat with the executives. Overall great response.

The interview process starts with an introduction call with the recruiting manager (Clo), who is very nice and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and one of the VP from the company. This is a short call to present yourself and your past/current experiences in a form of a discussion. The next step is a technical assessment (1h lenght) to evaluate your writing skills. I did not go further in the process but I believe there were 2 or 3 interviews left. The overall process was pleasant and Clo is very responsive. The duration between each interview is also quite short.

The process moved fairly quickly throughout. They first had a 30 min introductory call where they asked some basic questions about experience and such. The second part was a take-home assignment that you have 60 minutes to complete. It was a writing assignment essentially and didn't really feel like you need technical knowledge to complete, more just writing style and organizational skills. The third was a longer 1 hour phone call with other Technical Project managers, where we discussed the role in more detail. There wasn't any actual technical information or skills asked about just more general problem solving and personality and preferences of work style. The most frustrating thing was there was never a negative feedback throughout the whole process and after not receiving an offer my emails for feedback were completely ignored. They don't seem keen to actually communicate despite claiming that they're very open in the process.
