The interview was over the phone. There were a panel of Boeing employees in a conference room; a few managers, project leads and a newly hired employee. Each asked one question, each of which was a behavioral question. No follow up questions were asked. After about five questions then they asked if I had questions. Typical interview. Make sure all answers are job related. If it's not a collge hire position speak about work related experience and not about school projects.
