Applied online. Online site is glitchy but works, lots of disclosure questions. Once application was submitted I was called by recruiter to schedule an interview. Recruiter was very helpful and willing to work with my schedule. Great interview and non-threatining. The interview also incorporated a person on speaker phone from another office. Everything was handled very professionally and I did not feel rushed and was allowed to work through my answers. Conversational tone of the whole interview. Interview was structural with 6 questions alternated between two participants. Good explanations of company benefits and details on the prospective job were given.
