It was just a quick on-campus 30 minute behavioral interview. Half of the time was saved for me to ask them questions. I had my offer letter in two weeks.

First interview was with a fun and respectful recruiter--very positive. Second interview was with a front-office employee who was a bit abrasive, making comments that he wasn't sure I was qualified for what he wanted me to do. Overall, this negativity drove me away

Their process was not very transparent; it took a long time to hear back and there was little closure. HR overall is lacking, but that is just the nature of the company. The initial "screen" is somewhat of an interview, and mostly a resume review.
