I was contacted by a recruiter for the job and then brought in for a 3-person panel interview after an initial phone screening. Most paperwork was sent via email for hiring. The process took about a month only because the government was slow in finalizing the contract. Other assignments were faster and within a couple of weeks.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
