The HR staff was not exactly helpful in this process. The recruiters are consultants and do not seem to necessarily have your best interest at heart. They focus on the process itself as opposed to listening to the candidate. I was told a number of times that they had an interest but that they could not give me a job description or any relevant details.

What would you say your functional expertise is? This question was difficult because in communications you are often a generalist.
Quick call with a recruiter then a panel interview with 2 members of the team. Over all great experience and nice interview process. The team members were great and spoke very highly of the company and the team.

Entrevista
Employer asked group questions in a group setting prior to breakout rooms. Three separate people interviewed us and then made offers. The employees who interviewed us were varying ages and experience levels.

Entrevista
The interview was a one hour phone interview due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Two teams of two people each took 30 minutes to ask questions. Neither team was listening for the other teams questions. Neither team repeated any questions and both teams asked question about different topics.
