The recruiter I worked with was very helpful and responsive at first, but she abruptly stopped responding after my first round interview with the team. After I didn't hear about next steps following my interview, I reached out for an update, and later I saw online the position had been filled. I would have appreciated being told by the recruiter that I was not moving forward in the process, rather than everyone going radio silent.

Several rounds and made it to the end, took a long time between rounds. Very engaging conversations with everyone, people were obviously very smart. Didn't end up getting offer (team retracted role)
