The virtual interview over zoom was 10mins and asked some basic competancy/communication and technical questions. It was very quick and a bit rushed so not a lot of time to expand or think.

Describe something technical to someone with no background in that field.
First stage concisted of a 30 minute video call with a HR manager. Friendly process with standard questions around motivation and skills required in the role. Very dissapointing feedback process, though. The interview seemed to go well, but my follow up emails went unanswered for over two months, and no feedback was provided. Eventually they sent a standard rejection email.
