The is two parts to the interview. You go in to speak with the recruitment, basically a basic interview. Majority of the questions are about your resume. Then there is more detail about the position and papers will be signed in regards of policy and a background/drug check if the company wants to offer you a position after the second interview. The second interview took about a week. Probably less than that. But the second interview were more oriented about the position and little bit about your resume. If they like you, an offer will be made very quickly. Mine was the same day.
