4 step interview process: First a talent acquisition screening. Then I conducted a very short presentation while I met with the two hiring managers for 1 hour. After that was a 30 minute interview with senior team members and 30 minutes with the COO.
Everyone I met with was absolutely lovely. They did a great job of communicating Bridgit's corporate culture and managing expectations around working/life balance, growth, and the job itself. The Talent Acquisition Lead was excellent throughout the whole process from screening to presenting the offer in detail. It all happened very quickly (about a week total) which I really appreciated. It was clear to me they are strong, decisive decision makers.
As someone with a lot of experience in recruitment, I was very impressed with the hiring process. They were extremely encouraging, worked to understand what I was truly looking for in an organization, and ensured it was a perfect match.
