Was invited to an interview after online application. Was not told anything about the interview besides that it was on Teams and 30 minutes. Ended up being a panel of about 7 social workers and a Np. Had a powerpoint with 6 questions that I had to respond to, no conversation after each question. Hard to gauge their thoughts. I wish i was informed about the panel interview prior to the start.
