Other employees were not particularly interested in talking to me but in all fairness they were all doing a great job of working with the kids. Very professional atmosphere.

They first set you up with a virtual interview, then a phone interview followed by an in person interview if they decide to move forward with you. After completing two steps of the interview process they decided not to continue with me...so I never got the in-person interview.
