Not organized at all, drugged forever, the communication was not pleasant. There was no structure even onsite, over all a poor experience. Folks who interviewed seem to not being interested in wanting to know my skills, definitely didn't fell welcomed there in their office.

I found vacancy on some site, then sent them my CV. They called me and asked for interview in their office. 1. Offline conversation; 2. Online C++ tests (via conversation and screen sharing); 3. Online conversation (algorithmic tasks); 4. Salary expectations.
