I was called for a phone screen, they did a math test over the phone then a few hours later I received an email asking if I could come for an in-person interview. The in-person was pretty casual, I had to do a few other quick math questions but it seemed like they were looking for a good fit in a person more than someone who really knew how to do the job. I got the impression they were willing to train the right person.

They gave me a phone interview at first, asking couple basic accounting questions and simple calculations. In the 2nd round on-site interview, they asked me to do calculations again and practice pivot table and V-lookup with their computer.
