The interview went well and I interviewed with the VP and manager. I enjoyed speaking with them and was excited to potentially work at the company. It was fairly difficult with some in depth questions and skills aspect. I got a contingent offer a few days later upon passing my background check and references. Everything went well and they wanted to schedule a verbal phone call to discuss when to meet for the in person offer. I was so thrilled that I got this job! They then canceled on me 5 minutes before the call. I understood things come up and rescheduled for the following day. Again, they had canceled the call and said they had to discuss the logistics internally and would contact me. I hadn’t heard from them for about a week and decided to follow up, they said they would get into contact with me. The next day they decided that they did not need the position anymore and they over counted what they needed. Few hours later I browse through LinkedIn to see that they posted the job again a day prior. Completely unprofessional.

Phone interview It takes about half an hour; one person does all the interview process(not sure if the phone is set on speaker mode). The lady was very friendly and supportive. Nice experience.
