The phone screen/first questions had basic questions, but also more in depth questions than I am used to in a phone screen-like strengths and weaknesses. The second round included a role play scenario, in which I was pretending to sell someone an engagement ring. This wasn't as difficult as I feared. The third interview/round was with someone in corporate, and they asked me many of the same questions that they had in the first round.

Standard questions, like "Describe a time when you handled "x" situation in the workplace.
