Very disappointing interview process. After receiving an offer to interview, I contacted the BA recruitment team to ask the names and positions of the interviewers. Their reply did not tell me any names, just that "we" would be asking a few questions about me and my experiences, and there was no need to prepare anything. To me, that sounded like they would be conducting a simple screening interview - the interview was only scheduled to be 20 minutes long as well. On interview day, I was faced with two people who I had no idea who they were - it turned out that they were the hiring managers for the role. After the interview, I searched online to determine the full names and positions of the people who had just interviewed me. I emailed the recruitment team again to request the interviewers' email addresses to send them the standard post-interview thank you email. Unfortunately, when they replied a day later, the BA recruitment team did not give me the email addresses but offered to 'pass on' my message. A few days later I received a rejection email. In the two weeks that followed I have sent two polite requests for any feedback on my interview (one immediately, the second a week later), but I have not received any reply from the recruitment team.
