Unit chief and HR representative gave interview. Behavioural based questions, supplied 10 minutes prior to interview for you to prepare. Entry level competencies, stick to STAR and you will be successful. You can apply while in paramedic academy if you have a class 4 drivers license. This gets you hired as a driver only and allows you to begin accruing seniority.
