Interviewed for a support staff position. Interviews are conducted with various attorneys at the firm, along with the office / hiring managers. Everyone I met with seemed quite friendly. I was EXTREMELY qualified for the position, a position that was rather hard to fill (so I heard), but I was passed over for "another candidate". I have no doubt whatsoever it was because of the way that I look and had nothing to do with being unqualified. Generally, I think you have to have a certain "look" to work there, and I guess I didn't have it. You can be the MOST qualified candidate for a position, but that won't necessarily get you hired in at Brooks Kushman.
