This was the first time I didn’t do my practical/ hands on interview on a live model. Apparently since Covid auditioning on a mannequin is sufficient. It was convenient because I didn’t have to find a model but I just don’t think you can really see someone’s skill set on a mannequin head.

Very friendly interview. I never felt intimidated, overlooked or rushed. Took the time to ask me my background and was friendly about other companies.

Bringing a live guest for cut/color/blowdry and mens cut
after that he will tell you yes or no
if you got it you'll get processed.
basically go in and ask if they have opening
