I was contacted a few days after filling out an application online. I was brought into the store office by the manager and asked a few questions involving current trends and questions about myself. After passing the first round, I was asked to come back three days later. I filled out a personality test and was given an assessment on clothing that should or shouldn't be bought into the store. After passing that, I got the job!

3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.

easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
