The tests based on which candidates are filtered are not adjusted to non-native English speakers. there were some questions checking the scope of vocabulary one has which included words that even native English speakers might not know. Also many questions requried more time for me to digest due to the language used. A native English speaker clearly has an advantage in that stage. I found the test discriminating foreigners even though I have studied in the UK and have advanced level of English.

My process was only the first round HR screen - it was set up quickly and intuitively with automations. I did not hear back even with an automated posting closure.
