It went well as they asked regular interview questions. It goes smoother with a resume as well. However getting one invokes calling up regularly to secure one. I was able to get hired almost instantly and start work the following week.
The interview process was easy and it seemed like they were looking for reliable workers to show up that would actually show up when they were supposed to and do their job.

The individual conducting the interview is efficient and thorough. I enjoy this and feel as if this method weeds out potentially volatile employees, making for a good work place environment.
