The process was actually pretty quick. I applied on a Sunday and received a phone call 2 hours later to come in that following Tuesday. I got to meet with my direct manager, then I did well enough to move on to the store manager who was extremely nice and straight forward about what they are looking for. Afterwards, I was asked to come back that Thursday to meet with the HR partner and if things went well, I could expect a phone call. I was nervous but I did my best with the HR partner and she was such a pleasant person to talk to. I was sent an email the next day to do an online background consent authorization and that following Monday, I received the call that I was chosen for the position. I felt extremely honored because the store really seems together and professional.

Received prompt phone call from designated store. Scheduled 2nd interview 3 days out. Super friendly asked why I wanted to work there. What additional experience I had, and if I was available at all times and days needed.

Very easy interview. It was based more on my availability and flexibility. Just 1 interview with the store manager. Very quick hiring process. Almost hired immediately after interview and that’s with me having open availability.

Entrevista
The process consisted of 3 interviews. The first one with the operations manager, second with store manager, and the third with someone from corporate. The operations manager first interviewed me over the phone, then asked me to come into the store and the same day she asked me to wait for the SM to arrive to work so that he would interview me. The corporate interview was over the phone.
