I can't remember if I received a call or an email, but regardless I was invited to the store for an interview. The process was probably less then 20 minutes, there was no background check or drug test and all I was asked was if I had experience and if I could keep up with how much stock was coming in for Christmas. They don't care about tattoos or piercings or what color your hair is, to my relief, but their interview process felt really bland. It was like I didn't really have to do anything for the interview aside from showing up. Also, wearing jeans and a shirt is enough for them. The manager signed me up for Workday during the interview and told me if I should receive an email to fill out my I-9, etc. I filled out everything the email sent to me and waited to be contacted by the store. A week went by before I finally called them myself and apparently I was listed as a no show when nobody had contacted me when to come in. Luckily I was able to fix that issue and after showing them 2 forms of ID's that day, that's when I was finally aware of my schedule.
