A 2 stage interview process, with the first stage being a panel of 3 staff members. The interview focused on technical skills and practical knowledge. I had not prioritised preparation for this role compared to other interviews I had that week so my personal experience felt negative, but fully prepared candidates should find it average difficulty. It was disappointing there was no courtesy call or email to confirm that I had not moved to the second stage of interview, and in the future I would suggest that a 1st stage interview should consist of a smaller panel or practical task to achieve the same means of evaluating candidates whilst seeming more proportional to the stage of application.
