Interviewing process was basic and generic. The key to getting to the next level and an in-person interview and shadowing is to be consistent in your attitude and enthusiam. Show that you love sales and cold-calling.

2 step interview. Got the opportunity to shadow. Good atmosphere, comfortable, nice office, people were nice. Nice rooftop for lunch and job that can be remote. Seemed like the best logistics company to work for

Overall, this was a pretty neutral experience. It all came down to experience in the industry, which I had minimal, but extensive sales experience. I had multiple interviews and enjoyed all conversations except the VP from corporate. He was disengaged and did not seem excited about the company, which turned me off. Not a difficult process, but I would not recommend interviewing unless you have experience.
