A long process with no urgency or sense of time. No clear communication about the steps involved. Interviewers don't show up. Recruiters don't respond to questions. They added steps that probably they should not add for company of their size and reputation. It demands too much time from the candidate and there is no reciprocation from the company. Executives could not clearly answer basic questions like what is the company strategy? given that it looks like it is trying to be everything to every enterprise, which is clearly a recipe for failure!

9 rounds of interviews with various levels within the company... along with written assignment to be sent to them based on a product prototype. Interviews were ok, some with individuals who were clueless or hadn't been informed of the time limitations by HR.
