It will be of 3 to 4 rounds. Mostly on the process oriented. If any automation background is there then the questions will be on the automation tools used and some logic for that.

Entrevista
Went to the onsite interview through a recruiter. 4 persons were in the interview board -- the QA manager, one Dev team member, two other QA team members. I thought the interview went really well , could answer all the technical questions properly. Also thought handled the behavioral part well. But was shocked not to get the offer. When I asked the recruiting company, they said they were told I was sort of over-prepared which completely baffled me. There was a lay off in my previous company where the company shrinked by 10% and I was one of the unfortunate ones who lost their job. I was very frank about it in the interview and probably that acted against me in the decision making process.

2 technical rounds
Interview went well and I answered around 70-75% questions. However the interviewers came late. They were taking calls between the interview process, stepping out of the room and internally discussing with other interviewers. It was quite disturbing and during the 2nd round, the interviewer asked me for lunch break. Then he went for a break and came and told me that HR will get back to you. When HR called, she was rude and felt not bothered about the company's reputation.

Entrevista
The experience was good overall.gone through 2 rounds of Technical interview and one HR round.
was called for first round by HR after a referral by a friend. they asked me for a back to back second round which I had got through. after this, they called me for another HR round after a week and then they followed up with few calls for one week.
