Arranging the interview through coop went fairly smoothly, but the interview itself was pretty meh. It seemed like the interviewer was waiting for you to provide a very specific desired answer for questions, instead of listening to what you had to say.

An HR representative contacted me through email and asked if I was available for an interview in two days. I answered yes. The interview was conducted via Teams and lasted 45 minutes, with two recruiters. The interview went really smoothly; it was relaxed, respectful, and passionate. We ended up spending 50 minutes in total. There was no stress at all; the atmosphere was very easy-going and the recruiters were very thoughtful in ensuring the candidate didn't feel stressed. The recruiters asked me situational and technical questions. The technical questions weren't too difficult, and they seemed to value the person more than just technical skills (At least in my experience).
