Fiz uma entrevista na empresa CAI.

      Entrevista

I recently experienced a series of disappointments with CAI's recruitment process that prompts me to advise caution to potential applicants. My journey through multiple job applications at CAI was marked by a pattern of unprofessional behavior and poor internal communication, leading to nothing but frustration. My first application was for a Team Lead position. One of the managers did not show up for the scheduled interview with no explanation offered. I was then asked to accommodate another interview to meet this manager, extending the whole hiring process to nearly a month. After multiple rounds and adapting to their scheduling needs, I was ultimately passed over for an internal candidate. This practice of posting jobs externally while favoring internal candidates wastes immense time and effort from hopeful applicants. The second role I applied for was an Analyst position. Feedback throughout the interview process was positive, which made the eventual outcome even more disappointing. At the end, I was informed that the job description had changed and they were going in a "different direction," excluding me from consideration without further explanation. The third and final straw was my second application for another Team Lead role, where, astonishingly, the same manager failed to show up again. The communication was misleading throughout; after an extensive first round during my initial application, I was told no further interviews were necessary—just a casual discussion to prepare for what seemed like an imminent start. After an engaging conversation where I asked detailed questions to prepare for the role, the company then decided not to backfill the position after all, attributing this decision to "bad luck." This sequence of events showcases a disturbing lack of respect for candidates' time and the chaotic internal decision-making processes at CAI. Applicants might find themselves subjected to unpreparedness, lack of clarity, and outright disregard for professional standards. Consider this a warning: CAI's approach to recruitment might be a red flag for their overall organizational behavior.
