Interview with CBRE is one of bad experience I ever had in my entire career. The hiring managers don't care about candidate's time and money. They made me apply for a leave and travel 80 km to attend a final round in person which could simply be taken online.
Moreover after that they came back to me offering 10% less than my current fixed CTC even when I very clearly shared my expectations right from the first HR discussion .
I took a paid leave and also spent good amount of money in travelling for this final round and when I expressed my disappointment on this entire scenario the HR stopped receiving my calls .
Its my advice to all candidates that please don't fall their sweet talks, these guys don't care a bit for candidate's time and money. Never go for a in person round with them and always double check about salary they can offer.

One thing to note RUN AWAY from this company, bc I learned that they literally reached my manager to ask about me while I wasn’t shortlisted for last stage or offer stage. They didn’t get my consent and it is DISRESPECTFUL to abuse the privacy to check with your current manager. Recruiter reached me about the offer. After a phone call I had a phone call with one of the senior engineer about past experience.

Was contacted by recruiter via LinkedIn. Proceeded to a phone call with the recruiter and two rounds of interview. Spent 2 hours on a technical discussion which seemed pretty one way as the person taking the interview had assumed the answers and wasnt open to listen to what I had to say. This was slightly frustrating. After the interview, I was recommended to an alternate position for which I asked for a JD. This was the last communication I received. Since then it has been constant ghosting. I even tried leaving voicemails to the recruiter who doesnt even have the professionalism to reply to any of my mails or calls. If you dont like a candidate, please let them know. This is absolutely not acceptable.
