1st Day 1st round: F2F interview. it was taken by 2 employees 2nd round: F2F taken by account manager (suppose to be taken by Director). She took my interview because Director was not available. 2nd Day 3rd round: F2F with Director. she selected me & told Payroll head to discuss salary with me. I was offered a salary by the company. But, I expected more so they called me once again to discuss about the salary part. 3rd Day: 4th round: Again F2F interview but, with Director, Account Manager & 1 more. they all together took my interview & discussed nothing about salary. after a days time, I called them and asked what happened. they said "you are not selected" I asked then why was salary offered to me in 3rd round? they said "DIRECTOR WAS CONFUSED THAT TIME" Please stop wasting others time. you can not be confused when you are a Director of a company & has already taken a decision at the stake of interviewee's time, money & efforts.
