Entrevista
An in-depth phone interview that discussed the responsibilities of the position, my experience, and how the two relate. Followed by an in-person interview with a team leader in the sales department I would be in. In-depth conversation about work and life experience, in order to assess sales ability. Behavioral questions in the form of scenarios to assess critical thinking/problem solving in order to assure sales ability.

Explain a time in which I had to persuade someone of something.
Fully virtual didn't talk to anyone. Video question then 3 min response recorded. There was both cultural fit questions and almost no technical questions. They did ask about times where you had to deal with conflict and your best skills.
Not great. Interviewer got upset with me after asking what the highest selling sales team member made yearly. Interview was off from them, they lost interest after and werent really listening to what I had to say.
They rescheduled the interview 3 times with "sketchy" excuses and then emailed saying they weren't interviewing anymore. After emailing to ask why they weren't interviewing for the position anymore I never received a response.
