I sent my application and received an invitation for an asynchronous interview. The interview was asynchronous and the interviewee was reading questions on the screen and had some seconds to think about it and then record his reply.

Entrevista
The interview included both behavioral and technical components. It began with introductions and a project overview, followed by a brief technical discussion on Java, covering OOP, concurrency, design patterns, and documentation. About 30-45 minutes.

Entrevista
First round consists of CV check, motivation letter and information about your technical abilities. Next round is a one-sided video interview where you have to respond to questions popping up on the screen in 1 or 2 minutes.
If you are not invited for the next round, you never hear from them, not even a rejection.
Asynchronous interview, you must record a video answer to some questions, without the possibility to retake the answer. This is the first step of the entire interview process at CERN.
